God looks at the heart not the actions. Society says love is an action. But accoding to this chapter we see love is in the heart, inspired by God. Our actions are then inspired by the love of God in our hearts. I believe this scripture isn't just to show us HOW we are to love others, ourselves, and God, our Father, the living Truth.
