Will You STILL Serve Him | (MINISTRY + CALLING)

Sometimes, in ministry, we may find ourselves in "dry" seasons with the temptation to give up. But I have a question for you, in these dry seasons, will you still serve Him?

  • church attendance running low?
  • no record deals?
  • no recognition?
  • no financial supporters?
  • no sales
  • no engagement from target audience
  • Always playing the back up singer or an assistant with a dream in your heart
  • Low to no budget
Will you still serve Him?

Will you still serve Him if no one came to hear you speak? Would you still serve Him if no one was booking you for events, organizations closing doors to ideas/dreams you know God put in your heart. Maybe you're an author/ creative writer and you don't have any readers. A singer without event opportunities or record deals. Will you still write? Will you still worship or serve Him with your all, even if it's an audience of 1 or 2 (You and Jesus?!) Be intentional! Be faithful! It's not about the numbers. It's about Him!

Use what you have!

Moses had a Rod ( Exodus : )
Joseph had a dream (Genesis  : )
Mary had a Word (Genesis : )
Noah had faith ( Genesis : )
Esther held a position ( Esther : )
Ruth had an opportunity / connection ( Ruth : )
And David.... well, he had sheep! (1 Samuel : )

The people are your sheep.  Your tools/resources are your Rod. Your position is your opportunity to serve and to sacrifice...

The word of God, the dream, and the faith all work together!

Be faithful, be intentional
No need to promote yourself, or seek for ministry opportunities! He will do it from the secret place

WORSHIP EXPERIENCE: we used what we had, never gave up, even with great opposition, used what we knew, all glory to Him! Had faith, rod, dream, sheep in making. All glory went to Him! Salvation took place. Deliverance and freedom took place that night. the LOVE of God filled that room

Be faithful in the little first. There's purpose and preparation- to be better equipped to minister to His sheep with pure hearts!

From point A to point B.

(Sometimes, you don't find ministry. Ministry has a funny way of finding you!)

MINISTRY + CALLING | LOVE

Lately, God has been putting the topic of "MINISTRY + CALLING" in my heart a lot lately! So if you don't mind, I'll be pouring out some of these downloads from time to time on the blog! If you're intrigued, continue to hang around! There's more coming your way!

Ministry is not for us. But Him! One morning before church, the Lord spoke this quote to my heart that I felt I just HAD to share with the body of Christ. Yes, this includes YOU, the person reading this thinking that "ministry" is NOT an option for your life.

"Your ministry is LOVE. Loving Me, Loving yourself, and Loving others! HOW you love others is your ministry!"

THE SINGLE PERSPECTIVE

There is a difference between a wife and a virgin. The unmarried woman cares about the things of the Lord, that she may be holy both in body and in spirit. But she who is married cares about the things of the world—how she may please her husband. 35 And this I say for your own profit, not that I may put a leash on you, but for what is proper, and that you may serve the Lord without distraction. 1 cor. 7:34-35 (NKJV)

Sometimes it can be hard to view your singleness in a positive light when compared to this world's double standard. I can list all the negative views here, but I won't to spare the emotional damage it can cause. If you're a single you've heard them all before. No need to repeat. Today, I want to help you to see the BEAUTY of your singleness!

This perception can only come from the Lord and His word.

Higher Love

Sometimes in life we look back in our lives and judge everything that we are doing wrong. But what if I told you, the memory or self review isn't meant to show you what u r doing wrong, but maybe a revelation of a level He wants to take u on?

For a long time, I always told God how i wanted to fall in love with Him again, how i wish i could the things i used to do. But those memories never included the responsibilities that I now face with in life! Plus, God always called out how He appreciated my love for Him. in fact it was Him telling me how He's calling me to go deeper than I've ever gone! Hes calling me to a higher level with Him...to GROW my LOVE in Him! Invite Him more and learn to love Him with these great responsibilities!

When we look back at how it used to be, and then judge ourselves, it's because we are judging ourselves with a greater understanding that we have now that we didn't have back then. But, being unaware of both the understanding and the need for growth of our love for Him, instead of seeing it as an opp.and embracing the journey, we tend to judge ourselves.

These are the moments we need to pause, and reflect, and think with God and ask for His help to teach us how to love Him with our all by APPLYING the understanding. It's as what Paul says, When I was a child, I spoke as a child. But now that I a full grown or wiser, I speak as I am wiser!...therefore, I DO! Glory to God! -Selah! Hallelujah thank You Lord Jesus! Love You and praise you! Thank You Lord, In Jesus name I love You and praise You! Thank You Lord! In Jesus name, Amen, and Amen!

MUSIC MONDAY | BREATHE

MUSIC MONDAY | BREATHE BY AARON MOSES (ULTIMATE CALL)

Finding yourself being stretched by God in this current season? I understand the emotions and thoughts that may be overwhelming you at the time allowing temptation of discouragement swarm in. In fact, I'm in that season right now.

But one thing I know for sure from past growing seasons, He ALWAYS comes through. His peace is ALWAYS made available to us. The stretching process isn't easy, but definitely necessary. All He asks is that we step back and trust Him. Put it in His hands.

He never asked us to understand, nor has He created us to carry excess weight/baggage of being "in control" of our lives. We were created to be dependent on Him. We were created to trust and rest in the Sovereign God! Part of trusting is accepting the fact that He is in control and has your best in mind.

Another way of trusting in Him is letting go, and totally putting it into His hands (even if this is done in progress.) Rest in His peace! Remember Who He is. And BREATHE

I pray this song blesses you as much as it has in my life!

#Rest #Peace #BREATHE

We are to be this LOVE

Matthew 7:28- 8:4 (click here to read the story

Jesus just finished speaking to a multitudes of people, and they were "astonished at His teaching for He taught them as one having authority

When He came down from the mountain, "great multitudes followed Him." And guess what happened next?!!!

A LEPER.

A LEPER came and worshiped Him!! A LEPER!!

Lepers were outcast and were forced to live with other lepers for fear of others catching leprosy! This means they were alone, secluded from family, friends. civilization, and life as they knew it.

This particular Leper, however, was BOLD and did not care what others thought! Or, so I assume. He went in the midst of the MULTITUDES, not a crowd but MULTITUDES, and

UNNECESSARY WEIGHT

"Come to Me, all you who labor and are heavy laden, and I will give you rest. Take My yoke upon you and learn from Me, for I am gentle and lowly in heart, and you will find rest for your souls. For My yoke is easy and My burden is light." -Matthew 11:28-30 (NKJV)

I was in my car one night, praying to the Lord about a specific situation. As He had me recite this very same scripture from memory, He dropped this revelation in my spirit:

PURE IN HEART

"Blessed are the pure in heart, for they shall see God!" - Matthew 5:8

"Blessed are the pure in heart, for they shall see God!"

"Blessed are the pure in heart, for they shall see God!"

"Blessed are the pure in heart, for they shall see God!"

"Blessed are the pure in heart, for they shall see God!"

"Blessed are the pure in heart, for they shall see God!"

"Blessed are the pure in heart, for they shall see God!"

"Blessed are the pure in heart, for they shall see God!"

"Blessed are the pure in heart, for they shall see God!"

"Blessed are the pure in heart, for they shall see God!"

"Blessed are the pure in heart, for they shall see God!"

HIS PEACE

John 14:27 "Peace I leave with you, My peace I give to you; not as the world gives do I give to you. Let not your heart be troubled, neither let it be afraid."
A couple years ago as I prayed to God about a current circumstances that I was facing in life at that present time, the Lord had to put something in perspective for me. He said, "Your situations will
