Today I'm so excited to share with you a project myself and 9 other people are working on with
Im-Hannah! That's right 9 other ladies! We believe that every woman should feel beautiful, confident
and most of all powerful. We are capable human beings and each of us with
a unique beauty that no
one can take away. Over the month of September we will be sharing our stories with you. Our 
heartbreaks, our triumphs, our hurdles, our marathon of life and how God has been with us
 through it all.

Today I'm sharing a small part of my story. 

I have an identical twin sister. I was the bigger half. Always known as the bigger half. Got made fun of,
was compared to my sister numerous times throughout my childhood. This caused so much low
 self-esteem within myself. I grew a desire to get married and have this all american dream life
because I thought that was LOVE and it would cure all that I was feeling within myself. In high school,
I was still trying to learn who Jennifer was. In senior year of high school, 2006,  I was dating a guy
 who abused me mentally and emotionally. I didn't know who I was, so it was hard for me to stand
up for myself. Four months after graduation he cheated and broke up with me. I was left alone at
 home in a dark basement sitting in front of my computer screen. Nobody was home. So, I had no
 one to cry to. I remembered about God and figured I would pray to Him and talk to Him like He was
in front me. Doesn't hurt to try right? So, I did that ugly cry! "God Help Me!!!!........" I poured out ALL
 my feelings, hurts, emotions to Him that night. I heard my name called two times and I felt arms
wrap around me. No one was there, but I KNEW without a diubt it was God. When He wrapped me in His
 arms I felt such LOVE, JOY, PEACE! Every thing I was looking for. I learned TRUE love! I was
forever changed! 

Year 2010 

2010 God led me to stop shaving and waxing my eyebrows and wearing accessories for a 
season, because even in that I tried to find my beauty. But my beauty is in Him! And Thick

Today

Today, I am 27 years old, single out of choice, and satisfied! I know who I am. I am LOVED, 
desired, and cherished by God! I no longer compare myself to my twin sister (and yes, I am 
still the bigger half.) I am confident, and no longer have low self esteem. I didn't find LOVE,
 LOVE found me! Love has a name. 
And His name is Jesus!

So this now seems like my fight. I want to fight for the girls who feel unworthy, left out, and have no
one that fights for them. I want to show these girls that their fight has already been won. Our God
 has made us perfect and beautiful just as we are! We were ALL created with and for a purpose.

When we find out who we are, and that we are LOVED and DESIRED already, we become
EMPOWERED to walk as the women He has created us to become, and to help those along
the way to do the same!

We are more than what the world tells us.
