MUSIC MONDAY

Guys!! I am SO excited to start this segment with you EVERY monday! I have been going back and forth for a while about doing this, and I have finally decided to just go with it!

WHAT IS MUSIC MONDAY?!

Music Monday is where I will be able to share with you some music that I have been currently listening to, and is BLESSING my soul, my heart, my LIFE!

WHY MUSIC MONDAY?!

Lately, I have seen many post on FB (facebook) asking friends for artist and music worth listening to, because their playlist has been played out! I've been there, and sometimes I can still get there (haha) So I can relate!
Ever since I started my relationship in Christ back in '06, my music has completely changed! Infact, in '07 the Lord had led me to totally switch my music over for personal reasons (more on that later in a future upcoming blog.) I realized how the music I listened to affected my emotions, thoughts, heart, beliefs, ...ME! Making the switch was the hardest to do, but the BEST decision! (One of them anyway!) I have crossed paths with such gifted and anointed artist (in person and musically) in this journey! My life has been blessed by these individuals. Their voices, messages, and heart needs to be heard in your home, your life, this WORLD!

WHAT TYPE OF MUSIC?!

If you asked me what genre I listen to, I couldn't even tell you, to be honest. I listen to a mixture of genre. CHH (Christian Hip Hop), Contemporary Christian, Gospel, Christian Pop, SPONTANEOUS WORSHIP (my FAVORITE!), prophetic worship (another favorite!), some rock (certain songs!), etc.

As long as it's christian and glorifies my God, and I can relate to it, you might me see me in your neighborhood "riding with my top down listening to this Jesus music!" Haha yes! I just quoted Jesus Muzik by Lecrae! Infact, here's a youtube video of the song for you oldies out there like me! Jesus Muzik can NEVER get old to me!  After a harsh winter here in the midwest, and the Sun finally comes out of it's shell, this is my GO TO song to start the SPRING!!
